Preparation of project product assurance documentation tailored to project specific customer requirements
Define lot acceptance criteria, screening and qualification test activities on EEE parts level and align these with internal and external stakeholders
Support FMEA, RAMS and radiation analyses in close collarboration with our engineering team
Support engineering, production and suppliers in case of non-conformance. Perform root cause analysis, identify and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Provide quality status reports towards the project management, customer and internal stakeholders
Participate in customer review meetings as product assurance representative
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, physics or related fiel
Minimum 3 years working experience in the space industry
Understanding of EEE components degradation effects and test methods according to MIL, ESCC or other relevant standards
Proven knowledge of ECSS-Q-ST-60 is essential. Basic understanding of ECSS-Q-ST-70, ECSS-E-ST-20 series requirements or experience with space product assurance is a plus
Experience with photonic components or optical instrumentation is a plus
Good communication and report writing skills
Solid English language skills written and verbal are required, German language skills are an advantage
